“I’m looking forward to the penultimate home game of the season against Mavericks. Mavericks always prove to be tough opposition for us as they always bring it.”
“They are known to be a really defensive team which makes it difficult for the opposition to break them down, so we’re going to have to ensure that we are firing on all cylinders. We’re going to have to be smart with our ball to ensure we are not giving them opportunities to take ball off us. I’m really looking for us to be clinical in possession and starve the opposition off ball.”
“Overall I’m looking forward to putting out a good performance which will hopefully result in a good result to push on as we strive for the top two finish.”
Karen Greig, Head Coach and Franchise Director

Player(s) To Watch:
South African shooter, Ine-Mari Venter or Brittany Clark in there will definitely pose a threat and players to watch out for in the Mavericks squad. They’re highly accurate and not afraid to shoot from anywhere so it’s going to be a tough day to our defence unit to be able to break them down. We’re going to have to have a full team performance across the whole squad of twelve.>
