We are very excited to announce Eliza Morgan as our new Pathway Head Coach!
Eliza is an experienced netball coach with over a decade of coaching expertise and over 20 years in the sport. She has worked across various levels, from grassroots to performance pathways, coaching juniors and adults alike. Previously, she served as the Head of Pathway at Birmingham Panthers Netball and has previously held key roles with England Netball, including Central Pathway Lead and Netball Development Officer.
Eliza has also made a significant impact as Senior Head Coach at YWCA Bury Netball Club, leading elite squads to national success.
Laura Malcolm, Manchester Thunder’s Head of Pathways and Assistant Coach, said, “I’m so excited to have Eliza back with Manchester Thunder. She’s got lots of experience across multiple franchises, knows our pathway well and most importantly has a good understanding of how the club and county structure works in the north west.”

In addition to coaching, Eliza has a strong playing background, having won multiple league titles in netball and handball, representing England in handball. Recognised for her contributions, she has been shortlisted for multiple coaching awards.
